1. Scope of Services
We provide academic support services including editing, formatting, printing, binding, and guidance-based writing assistance. We do not guarantee academic results, grades, or degree completion.
2. Academic Integrity & Ethical Use

Any written material provided is intended solely for research support and reference purposes. The client agrees not to submit the work as their own in violation of their institution’s academic integrity policies. Final responsibility for compliance with university rules lies with the client.
3. Client Responsibilities

- Clear instructions
- Timely feedback
- Approval responsibility
The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely materials and instructions. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery timelines.
4. Revisions & Modifications Policy
Define:
- Number of revisions
- What counts as a revision
- Time window
Up to two revisions are included, provided the original scope of work remains unchanged. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
5. Turnaround Time & Deadlines
Important for printing, binding, and submission deadlines.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness. We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or external factors beyond our control.
6. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only applicable if services have not yet commenced. Printing and binding services are non-refundable once production has started.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
We treat all client documents and personal information as strictly confidential and do not share materials with third parties, except where required to deliver the service.
9. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final delivered material. We reserve the right to retain anonymized samples for internal quality control unless otherwise requested.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect losses, academic penalties, or institutional decisions.
11. No Guarantee Clause
We do not guarantee acceptance, approval, grades, or degree awards as these decisions rest solely with academic institutions.
12. Third-Party Printing & Binding
Printing and binding may be fulfilled through third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays or defects caused by external vendors beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
